📋 Description

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, conducting initial meetings with new clients, and preparing the “flight plan” (training roadmap). • Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to clarify questions and verify each client’s progress. • Contact clients in your portfolio via WhatsApp to assist and guide them, build relationships, and understand how they are progressing through the course, as well as support them throughout the process. • Provide support for different clients’ product-related questions using the Letalk tool.

• Essential: knowledge of Business Management. • Experience working in startups is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications / Accounting / Finance / Economics or related fields. • Proactivity. • Good interpersonal skills. • Time management. • Good written and verbal communication. • Good sense of humor.
