📋 Description

• Develop deep subject matter expertise on Fifth Third integrated receivables solutions • Define, drive, and socialize the product strategy and roadmap • Lead discovery efforts with stakeholders and end users • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities • Monitor product performance against KPIs • Lead vendor strategy and management • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop sales enablement tools • Serve as a cross-functional leader and liaison across various teams • Identify and mitigate product and process risks

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in treasury management or payments product management • Receivables and integrated payments product experience preferred • Proven track record of defining strategy and delivering successful, scalable product capabilities • Strong understanding of modern product environments, including APIs, system architecture, and user experience design within regulated industries • Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and drive decisions through cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical mindset • Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Knowledge of treasury management, payments industry trends, and emerging receivables technologies
