📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initial communication through project completion • Gather client requirements and communicate them to the technical team • Manage project scope, finances, schedules, and stakeholder expectations • Confirm resource availability and appointments • Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution • Set client expectations and safeguard technical feasibility • Develop project plans, track progress, and update appropriate parties • Hold weekly project updates covering financial and functional progress • Contribute to activities that add value to the business, clients, and coworkers • Help orchestrate Google Workspace client migration, security, and optimization initiatives • Assist in developing and delivering additional Google Cloud professional services offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant education or experience; preferred fields are computer science, engineering, or technical project management • Experience in infrastructure and/or application software migration project management, preferably involving O365 or Google Workspace • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and web development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable presenting to C-level executives • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detail • Impeccable organizational and follow-up skills • Creative and strong problem-solving skills • Demonstrated teamwork abilities and high moral compass • Agile project management knowledge and application • Ability and desire to take initiative • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to stay calm and defuse high-stakes situations • Ability to travel to client sites as needed and requested • PMP/Scrum/Agile certification and mastery preferred • In-depth technical or project management experience with Google Workspace preferred • Applicants must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer
