• Responsible for preparing the restaurant and team for opening • Lead on-site training and analyze pre & post-opening results • Collaboration with restaurant readiness managers and field operations • Ensure all food safety protocols are in place
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant work experience • 5+ years of management experience • Serv Safe Certified • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point • Strong facilitation and project management skills
