📋 Description

• Reviewing, drafting, and advising on contracts and commercial agreements • Providing guidance on terms of business and client agreements • Supporting with payment disputes and debt recovery processes • Advising on legal risks and commercial decisions • Managing or supporting resolution of legal disputes when they arise • Ensuring compliance with relevant commercial and contractual obligations • Acting as a trusted legal advisor to senior management on an ad hoc basis

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or experienced legal professional with strong contract law expertise • Proven experience in commercial or in-house legal roles • Strong understanding of UK contract law and business agreements • Practical, solution-focused approach to legal issues • Comfortable working independently on a flexible, part-time basis • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain legal matters clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
