📋 Description

• Lead follow-up conversations after product demonstrations, expanding into full business transformation discussions. • Conduct discovery workshops to map client processes across finance, operations, and general workflows. • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities for AI products and data platforms. • Design one-year AI transformation plans, outlining clear priorities, use cases, and expected outcomes. • Prepare and present commercial proposals to secure long-term consulting or transformation engagements. • Design and architect scalable AI and data solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to refine requirements into buildable technical specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in business consulting or digital transformation with strong exposure to AI or automation programs • Background in data architecture, solution architecture, or a similar role focused on AI or analytics products. • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes. • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and common frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow or PyTorch). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools (e.g., Spark or similar stacks). • Solid grasp of APIs, integrations, software development fundamentals, and programming experience in Python or a similar language. • Comfortable leading workshops and senior client meetings. • Fluent in English language and diction.
