📋 Description
• Manage a busy CEO calendar • Coordinate meetings across time zones • Prepare the CEO for key meetings • Track decisions, tasks, unanswered questions, and follow-ups • Create and maintain simple AI-powered/automation systems • Support business travel and logistics
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role • Written and spoken English is C1 • Ability to write concise updates, summarize meetings, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders • Ability to create structure and take ownership in ambiguity • Comfortable when priorities shift and tasks don’t come with a perfect brief • Ability to ask the right questions and follow up on tasks • Proficient in systems thinking • Familiarity with tools and AI as leverage • Executive maturity to handle sensitive context • Full overlap with US Eastern Time: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
