📋 Description

• Act as a liaison with customers • Provide product and service information • Answer customer questions • Schedule service appointments • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools • Meet personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information • Collaborate to resolve emerging customer problems accurately and efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in one of the operating states: AZ, NM, OR, NV, CO, TX, MN, WI, OK, FL, TN, NC, MI, IN, OH, GA, ID, KS, MO or SC • Availability to work flexible hours between 5:00am and 9:30pm MST, including weekends • A minimum of 12 months call center experience; upselling preferred • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Must be able to type 40 wpm or more • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills • Ability to take on additional tasks as needed • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check • Current eligibility to legally work in the United States • Must be 18 or older
