• As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Regional Sales Director for the DACH region. • You will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities within the territory. • Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. • This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in the DACH region. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. • Identify new business opportunities and market segments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams... • Monitor sales performance metrics. • Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotional activities, and pricing strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. • Continuously strive for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic / computer engineering (plus), Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the DACH region • Deep understanding of the AI edge computing market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards common goals • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex data, develop actionable insights, and make informed business decisions • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
