📋 Description

• Oversee complex projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, goals, and vision • Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in line with business and contractual requirements • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery • Establish and manage project governance structures, including progress reviews, risk registers, and change control processes • Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and resource utilization for optimal efficiency • Identify, assess, and mitigate programme and technical risks; proactively address issues to minimize impact on project outcomes • Act as the primary interface with customers, partners, subcontractors, and funding bodies (e.g. ESA, European Commission), maintaining clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work packages and compliance with technical and quality standards • Support the preparation of project documentation, technical deliverables, progress reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Contribute to proposal development and bid activities, providing project management inputs for public and commercial tenders • Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices by capturing lessons learned and implementing feedback loops to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness • Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and expenditures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading and delivering technical/software projects, preferably within the space and/or network communications product industries • PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification • Experience with project management tools (MS Project or others) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Willingness to Travel occasionally as required for program execution • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field • Experience delivering ESA, Horizon Europe, or defence-related projects • Strong understanding of network orchestration, satellite communications, or ground systems • Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies • PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification
