📋 Description

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). • Manage day-to-day execution of project activities, including task assignments, progress tracking, and status updates. • Lead cross-functional project teams including business, technical, and vendor resources. • Facilitate steering committees, status meetings, and working sessions with key stakeholders. • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across business units. • Apply appropriate project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs. • Ensure adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and reporting standards. • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans. • Track and report on project budget, resource utilization, and variances. • Deliver regular updates and executive-level dashboards on project health and progress. • Ensure timely and effective communication across stakeholders at all levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 8+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years leading complex, enterprise-level programs. • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. • Proven success delivering multi-workstream projects across cross-functional global teams. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence skills. • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize under pressure, and drive decision-making. • Familiarity with digital transformation, ERP (MS Dynamics), cloud migrations, or process optimization projects. • Change management experience is a plus.
