📋 Description

• Manage the marketing of ABB’s offerings to targeted market segments • Manage offerings throughout their lifecycle in line with market needs and strategy • Drive long-term profitable growth of an offer • Lead market intelligence analysis and identify portfolio gaps related to competition and new market opportunities • Own technical and market specifications and determine offering business plans • Lead customer need and value analysis and plan roadmaps to create maximum value • Lead offer lifecycle management, analyze current offers, define and track performance metrics, and make obsolescence and end-of-life decisions • Set targets, monitor offering costs, and provide input to Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and Production to maximize competitiveness and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in product management within a comparable business environment • Deep expertise in valve actuation across various process industry segments • Enhanced knowledge of pneumatic systems • Proven experience in product management in industrial automation, valve actuation, or process control solutions • Demonstrated track record in cross-functional leadership, including collaboration with engineering, sales, operations, and service teams • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Ease communicating in English; ideally German
