📋 Description

• Lead the execution of medium-size projects • Ensure project activities comply with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets • Lead project team members to achieve project requirements and deliver contracted deliverables • Establish the project execution approach • Oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources • Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and project financials • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks • Identify and pursue project opportunities • Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment • Maintain high standards for safety and housekeeping • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments • Engineering or Business field preferred • Project management experience required • PMP certification preferred • Strong communication and team-oriented mindset • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong customer focus • Demonstrated experience with ERP; SAP preferred • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other office software • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications • Experience dealing with cultural diversity in a global business environment • Maintain high standards for safety and housekeeping and ensure compliance with environmental regulations • Must already have work authorization permitting work for ABB in the United States
