📋 Description
• Meet and exceed District sales goals • Lead, hire, teach, coach and develop representatives • Provide strategic and tactical feedback to marketing • Implement divisional sales and marketing programs • Monitor performance and adjust resources as needed • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 2-4 years of selling experience with at least 1 cross training role • Selling in another channel • Demonstrated coaching, leadership, and planning skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Understanding customer competency expectations
