📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. • Manage regional sales activities, forecasts, CRM pipeline, and budgets. • Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals. • Collaborate with Technical Consultants and distributor partners to drive commercial success. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and customer agreements to meet revenue and margin goals. • Build and maintain relationships with key national and regional accounts. • Monitor team performance, conduct business reviews, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. • Travel extensively (minimum 3 days per week) to support field teams and customer engagement. • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Contracts & Pricing, and Training teams to execute strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS/BBA with preferred concentration in sales, marketing, nursing, medical technology, or business. • 8+ years of successful sales experience. • 5+ years’ experience managing field sales team. • Strong knowledge of strategic selling methods in the clinical market. • Proven sales leader with a strong track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed performance goals. • Must meet vendor credentialing requirements, ability to work in physician and hospital settings. • Diagnostics experience is preferred.
