• Leading a region team responsible for promoting Sustained Release implant portfolio for Glaucoma • Overseeing the district’s sales results vs goal • Interviewing, selection, and development of team members • Managing district’s customer-facing activities • Developing and implementing improved procedures and practices • Achieving objectives of the district
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • Minimum 5-7 years of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical experience • Buy and bill or device experience is required • Business analysis and planning skills • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to articulate the scientific aspects of treatments • Proven ability to deliver candid and effective feedback • Valid driver’s license
