📋 Description

• Direct management of a cohesive regional team of 15-17 Study Management Associates (SMAs) • Drive for best-in-class study execution by creating an innovative and empowering environment. • Performance management of direct reports including collecting stakeholder feedback and conducting performance discussions. • Provide opportunities for professional success and enable growth into future leadership roles through mentoring. • Support business continuity and organizational deliverables through efficient resource management. • Ensure adherence to corporate and divisional policies in alignment with worldwide regulations. • Contribute to the development of Quality Systems Documents (QSDs) and training curriculum.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience. • 6+ years of relevant study operations management and people management experience. • At least (3) years of direct people management experience. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Experience in drug development/clinical operations including an advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines.
