🎯 Requirements
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI • Deep expertise in computer vision and deep learning • Proven track record of leading successful ML projects • Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence • Expert knowledge of computer vision and multimodal architectures • Deep understanding of ML system design and scalability • Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks • Extensive experience with production ML systems • Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges • Strong background in performance optimization • Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow engineers • Strong track record of driving technical decisions • Excellence in technical communication and documentation • Experience leading architectural discussions • Ability to influence and drive consensus • Track record of fostering team growth
