📋 Description
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of technical assets • Research and understand new features • Independently build and maintain guided technical experiences • Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert for strategic engagements • Produce technical validation and thought leadership content • Establish and maintain processes for keeping technical content current and relevant • Lead the development of technical launch deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, or related technical customer-facing role • Strong background in cybersecurity, email security, or adjacent security domains • Proven experience owning the end-to-end development of customer-facing technical content • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with R&D teams and translating engineering developments into market-facing content • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field • Experience with content creation tools, video production, and technical documentation platforms
