📋 Description

• Responsible for overall project delivery and management • Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors • Manage project schedule, budget, and quality control • Prepare project scopes, schedules, and manage project budgets • Ensure client satisfaction and project success

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2-5 years field and previous PM experience • Knowledge of construction techniques (HVAC, electrical distribution systems, low voltage systems, etc.) • Understand fundamentals of cost estimating and construction management • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Timberline experience desirable
