📋 Description

• Design, build and evolve reporting and analytical products using Power BI and emerging data platforms • Translate business questions into analytical solutions that provide actionable insight and recommendations • Develop and maintain data models and datasets across Salesforce, cloud data platforms and reporting environments • Support the transition from Power BI-led reporting to modern data platforms, including Databricks • Assist with the development, testing and optimisation of data pipelines and datasets to maintain data accuracy and consistency • Create executive-ready dashboards, visualisations and reporting outputs that support decision-making and business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data, reporting, analytics or similar technical work, with the ability to deliver insight-led analysis • Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data ingestion and modelling through to analytics and visualisation • Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools to build dashboards and reporting solutions • Ability to learn new technologies quickly, with a willingness to develop skills in Databricks and modern data platforms • Strong problem-solving skills and tenacity when working through complex technical and data challenges • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear insights
