📋 Description

• Analysis of scheme documentation • Gather and interpret client requirements and processes • Produce the requirements documentation • Identify and document queries and issues • Support the resolution of queries and issues • Implement the product(s)/service(s) on our technology platform(s) • Deliver tools to allow successful calculation automation and data migration • Support Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks • Deliver end user tools and documents to support operational readiness for the day to day administration • Mentor and coach new/junior Implementation Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience on Defined Benefit pensions and/or employee benefits administration processes/software • Able to review and interpret scheme rules and documentation • Strong attention to detail • Strong analysis • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Strong time management • Ability to prioritise own workload whilst taking account of wider project deliverables
