📋 Description

• Understand and maintain a reporting solution meeting the needs of the Capita PCSE contract • Build, maintain and publish clear, useful dashboards showing departmental performance against goals • Provide insight into how performance could be improved • Ensure dashboards are accessible to technical and non-technical users • Regularly review dashboards with stakeholders • Document reporting processes • Collate inputs from multiple teams across all areas of the business • Review data-obtaining processes for robustness and efficiency • Manage internal and external resources, timelines and milestones across a vertical set of industries

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of SQL, SSRS and SSIS — Essential • Previous experience with data warehousing solutions • Ability to reverse engineer reports and solutions • Knowledge of Power BI — Desirable • Competence in requirements elicitation principles and techniques • In-depth understanding of BI tools • Ability to translate complex requirements into high-performing solutions for internal and external stakeholders
