📋 Description

• Lead development teams and provide technical guidance • Build and configure applications in the Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform stack • Document and refactor complex programs and scripts • Ensure adherence to project quality standards • Apply agreed standards and tools to deliver well-engineered outcomes • Communicate client specifications to development teams • Assist with application troubleshooting and debugging • Participate in reviews of own work and lead reviews of colleagues’ work • Keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and agree system integration plans and report progress • Define complex or new integration builds • Ensure integration test environments are correctly configured • Design, perform and report integration-build test results • Educate junior developers on best practices • Participate in business activities including client communications

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance • Certified as PL-400 Power Platform Developer • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform stack • Azure exposure as part of Power Platform work • Strong documentation and handover experience • Management skills from a people-management and overall process-control perspective • Ability to organise, chair and document meetings and follow up on actions • Communication skills to communicate at all organisational levels and externally • Business awareness and knowledge of organisational business areas, drivers, structures and priorities • Ability to mentor and coach team members • Ability to organise, prioritise and monitor own workload and the team’s workload • Completion of mandatory role-based, information security and computer-based training • Commitment to continuous learning and acquiring relevant skills/certifications • Ability to work effectively in a team environment without supervision
