• Developing strategies and implementing action plans to increase the penetration rate of Alcoa aluminum wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) vs. steel wheels by convincing fleets. • Continuous analysis of the Commercial Vehicle market in the defined region and propose a strategy accordingly. • The incumbent maintains contacts to the tire, suspension, axle and wheel attachment manufacturers, Truck and Trailer Dealers as well as to the private and government testing and regulatory organizations.
🎯 Requirements
• Have bachelor degree or equivalent by experience. • Speak native German and very good English (must). • Gained experience in selling high value products • Knowledge of Commercial Transportation Business is an asset • Are motivated, passionate and result driven • Are reliable and autonomous/self-starter. • Accountable and solution provider
