âą Create and manage monthly rotas for private home care packages, ensuring maximum coverage and proactively managing gaps and last minute changes. âą Provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare workers and private clients, responding to queries, concerns and changes in requirements with urgency and empathy. âą Support onboarding and training arrangements for our healthcare workers and liaise with our internal teams on compliance requirements.

âą Customer service over the phone and via email. âą Proven experience managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. âą Experience managing rotas or coordinating staff.
