📋 Description
• Support the review, investigation and management of clinical incidents, complaints, risks and patient safety concerns. • Analyse governance data, identify trends and provide recommendations to support service improvement and risk reduction. • Lead or contribute to clinical audits, quality assurance activities and governance reporting. • Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams to ensure governance actions are implemented and monitored effectively.
🎯 Requirements
• Current registration as a healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC or equivalent professional registration) • Experience within a clinical governance, quality, patient safety, risk management or healthcare compliance role • Experience investigating incidents, complaints, serious events or supporting governance reviews • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, governance frameworks and quality assurance methodologies • Experience producing governance reports, analysing data and presenting findings to stakeholders • Previous experience within healthcare, community healthcare, NHS or independent healthcare services is highly desirable
