📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for patients enquiring about ADHD and Autism assessments • Conduct screening calls • Support patients through the booking process • Coordinate appointments • Liaise with clinicians and internal teams • Maintain accurate records • Deliver excellent customer service and an outstanding patient experience • Guide individuals and families from initial enquiry through to assessment booking
