• Set up, configure and maintain ADI’s new LMS to ensure a smooth, intuitive and reliable experience for students, mentors and internal teams. • Define and structure workflows inside the LMS (program flows, modules, lessons, assessments, certificates, student tracking). • Coordinate external partners and vendors involved in LMS configuration, development or integrations. • Manage all platform integrations (CRM, website, payments, analytics, communication tools and internal systems). • Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, data flows, platform rules and system ownership. • Ensure data accuracy and proper information sync between the LMS and other ADI systems. • Support multi-market operations by adapting the LMS to different regions, languages and product structures. • Lead QA checks, testing and validation of new functionalities or updates. • Work closely with internal teams (Content, Student Success, Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand their needs and translate them into platform configurations. • Monitor platform performance, resolve issues proactively and ensure system stability. • Suggest improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce manual work and support scalability. • Maintain a clean, organised and well-structured LMS environment at all times. • Provide training or guidance to internal teams on how to use the system and follow established workflows.
• +5 years experience working with LMS platforms or similar digital learning systems. • Strong understanding of platform configuration, user flows and system structure. • Ability to coordinate external partners or technical vendors. • Familiarity with system integrations (CRM, website, payment systems, analytics or automation tools). • Highly organised, structured and comfortable creating processes from scratch. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, organised digital environments. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. • Ability to translate operational, educational and business needs into platform configurations. • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and countries. • Good communication skills and the ability to explain workflows to non-technical colleagues. • Analytical thinking and ability to identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes. • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth Edtech/digital environments. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward independently.
