📋 Description
• Support internal and client-related projects by organizing documentation, updating trackers, preparing materials, and helping move tasks forward across teams. • Connect across multiple people and teams to gather updates, clarify next steps, and keep workstreams aligned. • Format, polish, and QA presentation materials – improving structure, fixing grammar, and ensuring all slides meet quality standards. • Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before internal review or client sharing. • Work autonomously in a global remote environment, using judgment to keep tasks progressing and escalating only when needed. • Take accountability for assigned tasks from start to finish, proactively communicating status and meeting deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal English communication • Proficient PowerPoint/Google Slides skills; ability to improve design, layout, and clarity • Strong attention to detail, especially in quality assurance and written reviews • Clear communicator who is comfortable following up with team members and managing workflows • Ability to work independently and proactively across time zones • Interest in marketing analytics, account coordination, or project management • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools is a plus • Must be able to work until approximately 11:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time
