📋 Description

• Support ServiceNow implementation from proposal through delivery • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and capture details for solution design • Write effective user stories for developers and support the technical team • Build relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team • Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to reduce effort and meet business and design requirements • Lead quality management reviews • Support test-plan development and organizational change management • Ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of ServiceNow delivery experience • Business Analysis experience in a ServiceNow environment • Ability to gather thorough requirements and write effective user stories for development • Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow functionality to stakeholders • Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or SDLC processes • Hands-on ITIL experience • US citizenship required • Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • ITIL Foundation Certification is a bonus • ServiceNow System Admin certification is a bonus • Understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as related to ITIL is a bonus • Experience interfacing with clients is a bonus • Experience leading teams or projects is a bonus
