• Drive commercial growth across Watchmaker’s genomics product portfolio • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts throughout the fiscal year • Develop and implement territory sales plans and deliver to commercial targets • Research and evaluate all accounts within the assigned region to identify key growth opportunities • Travel to customer sites for meetings, exhibitions, and networking • Build and maintain relationships to identify and investigate pain points • Consistently deliver on commitments to customers through prompt responses • Communicate customer requirements promptly and clearly to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ Years NGS sales experience into high throughput labs and core facilities in the UK and Scandinavia • BSc or higher in the field of molecular biology, biochemistry or a related discipline • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets • Comfortable with NGS applications with sufficient technical acumen to sell cutting edge molecular biology products • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and earn trust • Strong organisational, task management, and prioritisation skills • Fully competent in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
