📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership, development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Global Travel Collection's travel technology portfolio • Oversee the Product Integration organization and delivery, support, and optimization of corporate travel technology solutions • Develop and execute the Product Integration strategic roadmap • Establish department goals, KPIs, and long-term operational strategies • Lead organizational change initiatives related to travel technology and digital transformation • Sponsor major technology implementations and enterprise initiatives • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Integration managers, specialists, and customer support personnel • Oversee workforce planning, staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and departmental performance • Provide strategic oversight for SAP Concur, Certify, profile management, online booking, virtual payment, duty of care, and client-facing travel technologies • Collaborate on future product enhancements and evaluate emerging travel technologies • Provide executive oversight of Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport+ GDS strategy and integrations • Manage GDS vendor relationships, system stability, scalability, performance, and release testing • Oversee client technology implementations from project initiation through production • Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of corporate travel technologies • Drive customer satisfaction and serve as executive escalation point for strategic customer issues • Oversee the Product Integration Customer Support Desk, SLAs, operational metrics, and incident communications • Establish enterprise testing methodologies and Quality Assurance governance • Standardize operational processes and documentation and promote automation • Develop executive relationships with technology vendors and negotiate priorities and strategic initiatives • Partner with Sales on client presentations, technology demonstrations, and business development opportunities • Represent Product Integration in executive meetings and cross-functional governance committees

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate travel technology, travel operations, or travel technology leadership • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience managing technology, implementation, or product support teams • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) • Sabre experience required • Experience with Amadeus and Travelport+ • Extensive experience implementing and supporting corporate travel technologies • Experience leading enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and strategic technology programs • Experience with SAP Concur Travel • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality, Computer Science, or a related field preferred • Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile, ITIL, or travel technology platforms considered a plus • Advanced knowledge of travel technology ecosystems • Strong expertise in Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport+) • Financial and budget management experience • Vendor management and contract negotiation experience • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Change management and organizational transformation experience • Customer experience and service delivery leadership experience
