• Design, develop, and maintain custom financial and operational reports and dashboards in Sage Intacct. • Build and manage reports in Sage 300 CRE using Crystal Reports and Office Connector. • Ensure reports accommodate multi-entity, multi-currency, and department-specific needs. • Align reporting outputs with month-end and quarter-end close cycles. • Maintain high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and usability. • Replicate key data into SQL tables when built-in tools are insufficient for advanced reporting. • Support advanced report generation using SQL and Crystal Reports. • Troubleshoot data access and quality issues across systems and reports. • Work directly with Accounting, Finance, and Business Operations teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions. • Provide guidance, documentation, and support to users for interpreting and modifying reports. • Share reporting best practices and offer training to internal team members as needed.
• 2+ years of experience with Sage Intacct, particularly in report development. • Proficient with: Financial Report Writer, ICRW and Custom Report Wizard, Dashboards and Dimensions, Crystal Reports and Office Connector (Sage 300 CRE) • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals. • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments. • Ability to analyze and reconcile data across key accounting modules: AP, AR, GL, Projects, Time & Expenses. • Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data integration. • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communicator, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Preferred: Experience supporting clients or internal teams in the construction industry. • Familiarity with Intacct platform services (Smart Rules, Smart Events, custom objects). • Experience with external reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
