📋 Description

• Lead and execute implementation projects for the Accountfy platform, from initial analysis through completion. • Develop and implement detailed implementation plans, identifying milestones and required resources. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Ensure correct configuration of the Accountfy platform. • Provide training and support to end users and internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition to the new systems. • Monitor and report project progress, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. • Evaluate and document the effectiveness of the implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Perform data parameterization during project phases of system implementations. • Collaborate directly with CFOs, Controllers, and Auditors to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered data. • Manage relationships with portfolio clients and analyze performance indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields • Experience in project implementations and onboarding or in deploying SaaS systems • Knowledge of Balance Sheet (BP), Income Statement / Profit & Loss (DRE), Cash Flow Statement (DFC), Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL), Statement of Value Added (DVA), and other financial statements, including explanatory notes • General accounting or finance knowledge (double-entry bookkeeping concepts, trial balance and ledger information, and major financial statements) • Experience consolidating financial data from multiple sources and generating accurate, insightful financial reports, including financial statements, management reports, and trend analyses • Advanced/Fluent Spanish is a plus.
