📋 Description

• Defining the product and monitoring adherence to established guidelines; • Overseeing the development team to ensure alignment and delivery of features/improvements that drive the product; • Creating, prioritizing and managing the backlog, incorporating features and projects requested by the product area; • Analyzing issues and driving the most appropriate technical solutions with the squads; • Identifying opportunities, defining scope and planning together with the development team; • Facilitating communication and collaboration between the product and business teams and the technical team; • Assisting the team with the product's strategic vision; • Monitoring solution development to ensure quality of deliveries; • Reviewing quantitative and qualitative feedback on deliveries, coordinating debugging and incorporating new insights into the product discovery and delivery processes; • Preparing reports on the progress of tasks/projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner • Basic knowledge of JIRA • Experience as a Squad Product Owner within agile methodology • Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
