📋 Description
• Assist in drafting SOPs, Compliance Manuals, AML Policies, Sanctions Procedures, and operational guidelines. • Prepare structured documents using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as per client templates. • Conduct research on UAE/GCC compliance standards and convert findings into clear, concise reports. • Review drafts prepared by junior analysts for accuracy, formatting, clarity, and compliance alignment. • Maintain internal trackers, status reports, quality logs, and workflow dashboards. • Ensure documents meet Big 4–style standards—clean formatting, zero grammar errors, structured flow. • Supervise and guide 2+ junior team members involved in compliance documentation. • Assist in preparing Risk Assessment Reports, Gap Analysis documents, internal audit notes, and client summaries. • Analyze and summarise UAE/GCC regulatory updates (training provided). • Communicate professionally with the UAE team via email, Zoom, and shared platforms.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum B.Com (Higher qualifications welcome) • Minimum 2 years in Audit / Accounts / Legal / Compliance / Risk • Excellent English drafting and communication skills • Ability to manage & review the work of 2+ junior team members • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Strong attention to detail—grammar, formatting, structure • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
