📋 Description

• Lead development and deployment of Accredited Labs’ unified operating system across 32+ locations • Research, design, and deploy standardized, scalable operating standards while preserving local market autonomy • Analyze branch-network performance to identify key drivers and synthesize operational levers from lead to invoice • Design and refine daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythms for branch managers • Partner with operations leaders to drive organizational change and cultural transformation • Define success metrics and establish monitoring frameworks for adoption, adherence, and impact • Create continuous-improvement training programs and coaching methodologies • Partner with the VP of Integration to onboard acquisitions into the Accredited Labs Operating System • Report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with operational leadership and all Accredited Labs functions • Develop the operating playbook, management rhythms, KPIs, scorecards, training curriculum, and rollout across the network • Prove end-to-end transformation at three to five branches and demonstrate EBITDA or operational KPI lift

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum eight years of progressive operations, process improvement, or organizational systems experience • Experience designing and deploying standardized operating systems within multi-location, service-based businesses is ideally preferred • Demonstrated track record of quantifiable impact through organization-wide transformation initiatives • Strong analytical foundation; comfortable working in operational data, building hypotheses, and pressure-testing them in the field • Experience in calibration services, metrology, or distributed service operations is a significant plus • Consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) or demonstrated experience applying top-down prioritization and structured problem-solving • Willingness to travel regularly to branch locations • Experience solving problems in distributed, complex operating environments • Experience scaling operating systems across geographically dispersed teams • Experience balancing local autonomy and flexibility with enterprise operating standards • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to operational improvement • Pragmatism and ability to prioritize business opportunities • Experience working hand in hand with front-line leadership
