• Own information security strategy and processes • Establish and improve information security management system (ISMS) • Drive ISO 27001 certification and audits • Develop and maintain security policies • Train and inspire colleagues on security matters • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, HR, and Operations • Oversee incident management and resolution • Advise leadership on security and compliance topics

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ISO 27001 expertise • Strong understanding of risk management, data protection (GDPR) • Project management mindset • Technical fluency with cloud environments (ideally AWS) • Fluent in English; German is a plus
