• Participate in a training-to-hire QA training program to learn testing methodologies. • Perform software testing tasks (functional, regression, basic troubleshooting) under mentorship. • Familiarize with web applications and testing tools as part of training. • Collaborate with mentors and team members to improve testing skills and quality outcomes. • Complete training milestones and prepare for placement into entry-level QA roles. • Engage in ongoing mentorship, certifications, and career development activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred but not mandatory. • Recent graduates and candidates with a keen interest in QA are highly encouraged to apply. • Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies (training will be provided). • Familiarity with web applications and basic troubleshooting. • Exposure to any programming language or previous experience with testing tools is advantageous but not required. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes. • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. • Ability to think critically and analytically when assessing software. • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. • Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively. • Proactive and organized approach to work. • Availability for training and full-time employment upon completion of the program required.
