📋 Description
• Manage a team of project managers • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery • Establish guidelines for system documentation • Develop project plans and timelines • Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery • Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance to project managers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or analytical role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • PMP or other project management certification is a plus • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
