📋 Description
• Monitor and respond to feedback on platforms such as Reddit, BBB, Trustpilot, YouTube, and forums • Run regular sentiment analysis reports and recommend actions across teams • Collaborate with Customer Support to close the loop on feedback and complaints • Own crisis communication plans and support executive messaging when needed • Develop lightweight PR strategy and secure speaker/podcast placements for Achieve leaders • Write and pitch press releases, blog content, and earned media opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Work Experience 1-3 years • 4+ years of experience in PR, brand communications, or online reputation management • Strong writing and communication skills across reactive and proactive messaging • Familiarity with tools like Google Alerts, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Mention • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams • Understanding of regulatory, privacy, and brand risk factors in education • Bonus: Track record of securing earned media in the education or workforce space
