📋 Description

• Lead and manage Retail Service Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser teams in the assigned geographic area • Interview, hire, onboard, and train new associates • Manage performance, career development, conflict, and personnel issues; provide coaching and support • Develop knowledge of the company business model, client and customer expectations, and project work processes • Periodically work in the field to understand project requirements and provide backup support • Manage assigned project work to completion, on time, and with high-quality results • Review schedules and supporting documentation; assign work and ensure appropriate support • Monitor progress, audit project work, solve problems, adjust resources, and ensure delivery of required materials, supplies, and equipment • Partner with store personnel and teams to achieve merchandising excellence and meet goals • Report observations, issues, and business solutions to the Market Manager • Use web-based applications and retail reporting systems to manage project work, profiles, assignments, mileage, expenses, time, attendance, and training • Prepare, process, submit, and manage project and team documentation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • 2+ years of management and/or supervisory experience • Prior Sales agent, retail, customer service, or reset experience preferred • Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision making and leadership skills • Ability to read and communicate effectively with others • Experience working effectively in web-based applications, email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in a car for extended periods of time • Ability to operate a computer, paper cutter, copier, hammer, screwdriver, drill, case cutter, hand truck, and pallet jack • Ability to climb and stand on a step stool or ladder
