📋 Description

• Provide leadership to District Sales Managers and sales representatives in meeting or exceeding client goals • Develop strategic territory coverage plans and manage sales activity standards and reporting procedures • Ensure product distribution of all authorized manufacturer products • Serve as a key strategic leader in coordination with the client Regional Director for the East • Coordinate and develop the Retail Sales and Merchandising Organization for the market/team • Lead, manage, and coach Retail Sales Managers and Unit Managers to achieve company and client sales and merchandising objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5 years of consumer-packaged goods experience, including essential account management • Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Administration experience required • Good office management and time management skills • Ability to exercise influence over people • Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to conduct presentations • Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail • Assertive, decisive, creative, team player with a proven sense of urgency • Negotiation skills and ability to delegate • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel • Valid driver's license • Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills • Ability to develop and implement sales strategy, goals, and objectives • Ability to analyze team member performance data • Ability to effectively present information to principals, managers, employee teams, and customers
