• Serve as the main point of contact for the Sales Representatives in their assigned district who provide on-going sales, training, and merchandising execution for a variety of clients. • Will also be responsible for final interviewing and hiring of your team, managing all aspects of their training, scheduling and execution of visits, completion of all reports and overall performance of team to goal. • Manages the field performance results and establishes team and individual performance objectives with a high level of accountability. • Must be able to understand data and formulate plans to achieve district and program results. • Regularly provides field insights and competitive intelligence to client and field teams for their district. • Must provide continuous contact, coaching, mentoring and support on an individual basis and in a group setting ensure business results are met and exceeded throughout district. • Proven ability to adapt to changing business environment while proactively ensuring field organization meets or exceeds client expectations - burning desire to be the best! • Develop strong rapport with store associates and store management through consistent and professional communication.
• 3-5 years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, sales and/or field marketing • Previous experience in retail sales and merchandising management in Grocery & "big box" strongly preferred • Home office space with Internet connectivity required • Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Natural ability to lead a team in a manner that will build team morale and accomplish objectives • Outgoing, professional personality with the ability to build relationships quickly • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and with little supervision, while exercising ethical and professional business practices • Apprise supervisor of field issues on daily basis such as "red flag" issues, rep fall out and program issues using solution driven communication • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Must have a valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel within and outside your territory when required
