• ACRUX Search provides HR and recruitment consultancy services to Perth based businesses. • We offer the chance for expert recruiters in their market to really earn what they are worth without all the challenges that come with going out on your own. • We offer 65% commission (only) on perm placements and provide other incentives for other revenue brought into the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated recruitment experience ideally an expert in a niche perm market. • Computer literacy (minimum scores of intermediate Excel and intermediate Word) • Strong Communication Skills • Team player • Excellent customer service skills • Strong time management and self-motivating / self-organising • B2B Sales experience
