📋 Description

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and target markets • Proactively research and approach potential customers and partners • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships • Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies in alignment with company goals • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to inform strategy • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support teams • Share market feedback to inform product development and strategy • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in CRM systems • Lead customer projects to successful outcomes • Support and expand business across the DACH region, primarily in laser and semiconductor industries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation) or equivalent experience • 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, and Business Development roles • Solid technical understanding of Motion control • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written • Willingness to travel throughout Europe (Approx. 30–50%) • Experience with Servo drives and Motion controllers • Established network of industry contacts (OEMs, machine builders, system integrators) • Experience working in an international environment • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills • Based in Germany, with a focus on the DACH region (Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
