•Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, inventory, and overall store functionality. •Oversee product management, including adding, updating, and organizing products to ensure accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images. •Launch new products and set up promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and engagement. •Optimize site performance to ensure a seamless user experience, mobile responsiveness, and checkout efficiency. •Manage and integrate TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop, ensuring product listings are optimized for visibility and sales. •Handle order fulfillment, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and a smooth customer experience. •Analyze sales trends and data to identify growth opportunities and implement effective e-commerce strategies. •Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, including promotions, email campaigns, and paid ads. •Collaborate with design and development teams for website updates, feature enhancements, and overall user experience improvements. •Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to drive continuous improvement. •Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring product listings, inventory management, and promotional materials accuracy.
