📋 Description

• Realizar o onboarding de novos clientes, garantindo que tenham sucesso com a utilização dos nossos produtos/serviços. • Realizar acompanhamento periódico dos clientes, identificando possíveis problemas e propondo soluções. • Participar de reuniões de feedback com os clientes, buscando entender suas necessidades e expectativas. • Manter relatórios de performance e KPIs para monitorar o sucesso dos clientes. • Atuar de forma proativa na prevenção de churn, buscando sempre a renovação dos contratos. • Vender serviços e produtos na base de clientes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência mínima de dois anos, na área de Customer Success. • Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de HubSpot e NetSuite. • Boa comunicação e habilidades de negociação. • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e lidar com situações de pressão. • Graduação completa em áreas relacionadas. • Desejável inglês em conversação. • Residir em São Paulo para visitas recorrentes à clientes.
