📋 Description

• Support the elicitation and documentation of business-area requirements. • Perform basic configurations in NetSuite under the guidance of mid/senior consultants. • Create and adjust Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards under supervision. • Assist with user acceptance, testing, and ERP validations. • Support users in resolving functional support tickets (level 1 and 2). • Assist with data migration and environment setup/preparation. • Contribute to functional documentation (processes, manuals, meeting minutes, and process flows). • Participate in internal training sessions and workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience (6 months to 2 years) with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite, in support, implementation, or operations. • Basic knowledge of business processes in at least one area: • Finance (AP/AR/GL) • Procurement/Purchasing • Sales • Inventory/Logistics • Familiarity with: • Saved Searches • General configuration/parameterization • Workflows (a plus) • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields). • SuiteFoundation certification (or in progress). • Experience with NetSuite as a key user. • Basic knowledge of SuiteAnalytics. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
